Our staff will assist in communicating with sellers to resolve disputes, but we cannot guarantee positive results. If you are concerned about the condition of purchased items, we recommend using our "Product photo service" before shipping internationally.

Our company is not liable for any possible damages or losses of your item during domestic or international delivery.

Claims should be addressed to the relevant transportation company in such an event. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures of your country.

Although we are constantly improving our automatic translation, we are not responsible if customers mistakenly purchase any products due to incorrect translations of product descriptions from Korean to English or other languages. We are not responsible for any actions of other parties who accessed your account, with or without your permission.

In cases where our company is responsible for item's damage or loss, we will refund the losses to the customer.
