Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

  • Cards: VISA, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, JCB and more.
  • E-Wallets: Apple Pay, Google Pay, AliPay, WeChat Pay, SOFORT, GiroPay, SEPA, EPS, P24.
  • Convenience store: FamilyMart, LAWSON, MINISTOP, SeicoMart.
  • Bank transfers: Accept B2B payments, large payments from Japanese customers with Japan bank transfers.

We have more than 25 payment methods available for you. You can make payments using your credit card, e-wallet, direct bank transfers, pay at convenience store (7eleven, FamilyMart, LAWSON) and more. We use payment system which is highly-encrypted and certified with PCI Service Provider Level 1. Payment Currencies

We accept more than 80 currencies at the moment and constantly adding more currencies to our payment methods. When you make payments, your Credit Card, Bank or E-Wallet will process your payments in JPY by converting your local currency based on their internal exchange rates. We are not aware of these internal exchange rates. If you have questions regarding exchange rates, we kindly advise you to consult with your bank or e-wallet provider.

Proper Management of Personal Information

We acknowledge the risks associated with unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, and disclosure of Personal Information. We will implement reasonable security measures and respond promptly with appropriate corrective actions should any issues arise. Our goal is to ensure the safe and secure management of Personal Information.

Payment Processing

Payments made directly through cards, Alipay or WeChat are automatically credited within two minutes. However, in some cases, the payment system may delay it for up to 24 hours.

International bank transfers may take between 3 to 4 days to process. If you plan on making an international bank transfer, kindly inform us in advance, so we can quickly identify your payment.

Timing of payment fees

For item cost and service fee, you will be charged after you click the “Place Order” button.

For International Shipping cost, 2 business days after you placed order, you will receive Shipping Payment Request from our team. Please pay the international shipping cost within 10 days. If not paid, starting from the 31st day, we will charge 1 USD per day for warehouse storage.

Deposit funds

When making a purchase from South Korean online marketplaces, you can deposit funds that cover the quotation amount. We will charge 3.5% of the total transaction amount. For example, if you want to deposit 10,000 KRW. It is not enough to take 3.5% of 10,000 KRW and add it. If you do so you will get 10,350 KRW. Because the deposit fee is 3.5% of 10,350 KRW (362 KRW), only 9988 KRW will be deposited into your account.

You can withdraw funds left on your balance within 180 days from your last payment. The withdrawal amount should not exceed the total amount of your payments made through the payment system during the last 180 days.

Please note: You can only withdraw funds to the same account which you used to add funds.


Once you placed an order and paid, you cannot cancel your order unfortunately.

However, in some cases, we may be able to help you to cancel some orders if the product has not yet been shipped by the original store. Please note, we reserve the right to cancel orders which are on the list of prohibited items or out of stock or non-deliverable to your destination address.
